通过问卷调查,对本院应届毕业生的职业指导状况进行了分析研究,汇总了毕业生职业指导需求的特点,初步探讨了高等院校深入开展以需求为导向的职业指导的6个方面工作,即帮助学生树立正确理念;注重提升职业能力;指导职业生涯规划;发挥职业资格证书功效;扩展就业信息渠道;构建专业化师资队伍。
Abstract：The study of vocational guidance for last-year university graduates in TUTE was conducted by means of questionnaire.The characteristics of the graduates′ demands for vocational guidance were summarized.In addition,a preliminary study of the six tasks in developing vocational guidance oriented to demands was conducted,which we to help students build up proper ideas,to pay attention to improve professional ability,to provide guidance on occupational decision,to bring the occupation qualification certificate into play,to increase approaches to employment information and to form a professional teaching staff team.
