针对科技型中小企业探索性创新与开发性创新比例不同而产生的绩效差异,构建理论模型。利用天津市科技型中小企业技术创新数据,采用回归方法,探讨了科技型中小企业技术创新投资二元策略组合对其创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明:科技型中小企业在开发性创新和探索性创新两方面的投资与企业销售收入、市场份额和经营利润率均呈显著正相关。企业在技术创新投资二元策略组合方面取得平衡,有利于创新绩效的提高。
Abstract：Different proportions of exploratory innovation and developmental innovation of tech-based SMEs will generate different performance. A theoretical model is constructed by using the data of technology innovation of Tianjin tech-based SMEs. The regression method is applied to discuss the influence of the dual strategy combinations in technology innovation investment on its innovation performance of the tech-based SMES. The results show that Tech-based SMEs' investment in developmental innovation and exploratory innovation is significantly correlated with the sales revenue,market share and business profit rate. The balanced portfolio of ambidextrous investment strategy is beneficial to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.
