天津职业技术师范大学学报

通过查阅文献资料和实地调查研究,对天津等四城市健身俱乐部的现状和影响其发展的因素进行了分析。提出21世纪初天津等四城市健身俱乐部的四个发展方向:俱乐部向大众化、多元化、网络化发展;俱乐部的活动内容趋于多样化、个性化,随意性强;专门的老年健身俱乐部;学校体育向健身俱乐部转变。并提出了发展建议。

After the documents consulting and on the spot investigation, a comprehensive and thorough analysis has been made about the present situation and the influence factors of the gymnasiums in Tianjin and another three cities. In this article, the four tendencies are expounded for gymnasiums in four different cities at the beginning of the 21st century; gymnasiums are gradually populated, multiplied and then networked; the activities in the gymnasiums tend to be various, individual and free willed; some special gymnasiums for the aged become existent; sports activities in schools tend to be performed in gymnasiums. Here some proposals are put toward.
