21世纪的职业教育管理专业的课程设置,应以满足高等教育大众化和毕业生就业市场背景下的社会需求为基本出发点,坚持以学生为本的教育理念,培养能够适应WTO的我国各种社会职业管理事务需要的应用型管理者为目标,在课程性质上兼顾社会性和职业性,在课程内容上突出针对性和实用性,在课程组合上反映“宽口径,厚基础”,并应格外注重实践能力和综合素质的培养。
Abstract:The curriculum for vocational education management major in 21st century should meet the social needs of the popularity of higher education and the job market for the graduates; and should stick to the educational ideal of giving priority to students and the target of developing qualified administrators who can meet the various needs of the social professional management affairs while entering WTO. The curriculum should cover both sociality and professional features in its nature, stress the pertinence and the practicality in its content, and reflect "great caliber, firm basis" in the combination of the courses. In addition, it should also pay much attention to the development of students' practical abilities and comprehensive qualities.
