针对培训包的开发与更新问题,采用分析和比较的方法,对澳大利亚培训包开发与持续更新的利益相关者、原则以及流程进行研究,并以"电工学"培训包为例,展示了产业发展对培训包所包含的职业资格和能力单元的影响,研究表明只有行业引领的培训包才能对行业发展动态准确地响应。
Abstract：In order to construct the vocational training system and facilitate the development of the "National Qualification Frame" of China, the role of stakeholders, key policies and the process of the development and continuous improvement of Australian training package are studied in this paper. The impact of Industry Skills Councils on training package is further analyzed, taking Electrotechnology Training Package as an example. The influence of the industrial development on the qualification and units of competency in the training package are demonstrated, which also reflects the dynamic response of training package to the development of industry.
