摘要:

TRIZ是解决创新性问题的理论和方法。文章介绍了TRIZ理论中的系统进化定律、技术进化模式以及S-曲线等技术预测工具,依据应用性能、专利数量、专利级别和利润率4个尺度变量来评估激光加工技术系统的成熟度,进而作出激光器的技术发展预测。该方法可使企业快速、准确地预测产品的技术发展趋势,实现产品和技术的创新。

Abstract:

TRIZ is a theory and method to solve innovation problem.The laws of system evolution,patterns of technology evolution and S-curve of TRIZ theory are introduced,The maturity of the laser processing technology is appraised based on four criterion variable of the TRIZ theory such as application performance,patent quantity,the patent rank and the profit,and the technological development forecast about the laser is made,which can make enterprises forecast the technical development of the product fast and accurately and realize the technical innovation of product.
