针对预制舱式储能电站特殊环境提出了一种复合型消防控制系统。该系统包括可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)主机、电池模组(Pack)级消防模组、舱级消防模组、传感器模组及其他附属消防设施。Pack级消防模组采用全氟乙酮灭火剂,设有Pack级消防管道,在Pack内部精准投放。舱级消防模组采用压缩空气泡沫灭火装置,该模组独立成舱,空气泡沫通过预埋管道向预制舱式储能电站整体投放。该系统实现了上述两种消防模组的组合消防控制策略。对该系统总体架构、硬件设计、软件设计进行探讨。实验室测试结果表明,该系统在提升预制舱式储能电站消防安全性和可靠性方面表现出良好的有效性和可行性。
Abstract:This paper presents a composite fire control system specifically designed for prefabricated containerized energy storage stations. The system includes a programmable logic controller(PLC) mainframe, pack-level fire suppression modules, cabin-level fire suppression modules, sensor modules, and other auxiliary fire facilities. The pack-level fire suppression modules utilize perfluoroketone extinguishing agents and are equipped with internal fire suppression pipelines for precise deployment within the pack. The cabin-level fire suppression modules employ compressed air foam systems(CAFS)housed separately within separate cabins, with foam distributed throughout the entire prefabricated containerized energy storage station via embedded pipelines. The system integrates these two fire suppression modules into a comprehensive fire control strategy. This paper discusses the overall architecture, hardware design, and software design of the system. Laboratory testing has confirmed the system′s effectiveness and feasibility in enhancing fire safety and reliability of prefabricated containerized energy storage stations.
