采用一般职业自我效能感和职业决策自我效能感量表对天津工程师范学院高等职业技术教育部110名高职生进行研究,旨在了解他们的职业自我效能感现状。结果发现:①高职生职业自我效能感的水平中等偏上;②职业决策自我效能感的各维度发展不均衡且部分学生偏低;③职业自我效能感在性别、专业、年级、家庭居住地是否参加过社会实践等方面差异不显著。建议:优化职业指导课程的设计与教学,加强收集信息的效能感培养;训练学生确立职业目标,帮助制定职业发展计划并监督实施;实践课中教会制定计划,实习活动强化问题解决效能感的培养,以活动为中介提升职业自我效能感。
Abstract：A research on 110 students of Department of Higher Vocational and Technical Education in Tianjin University of Technology and Education is conducted,by using the inventory of "general career self-efficacy scale" and "career decision-making self-efficacy scale ",the purpose of which is to explore the current situation of higher vocational college students′ career self-efficacy.The results show that: 1.Higher vocational college students′ development level of career self-efficacy is medium.2.The five dimensions of career decisionmaking self-efficacy are unbalanced and part of students is quite lower.3.Career self-efficacy has no significant difference in gender,grade,hometown,whether taking social practice or not,etc.There are some suggestions: optimizing the vocational guidance curriculum design and teaching,strengthening self-efficacy cultivation of information collection;train students to establish career goals and help them develop career development plans and supervise the implementation;teaching students to manage to make plans in practical lessons and internships strengthening self-efficacy cultivation of problem solving,taking activities as an intermediary to enhance career self-efficacy.
