面对市场对光电信息技术类人才需求的增加,原有的人才培养模式需要做大的改变。为了培养出满足社会需求的高层次人才,文章分析国内外卓越工程师的培养模式,并依据天津大学光电信息工程专业具备的特色和培养目标,对本专业的人才培养模式进行了系统探索与实践。
Abstract：To meet the enterprises' requirements of large amount of optoelectronic information excellent engineers,the training model of the discipline of optoelectronic information engineering in Tianjin University must be improved. In this paper,a suitable training model of excellent engineer for optoelectronic information engineering in Tianjin University is presented based on analyzing the training model and the problems of domestic and foreign existing engineering education.
