以学习型组织理论为支撑,以我市某高校的理科学院组建创新团队的实践为研究对象,探讨了学习型组织建设对学习型高校科研团队建设的要求;通过分析目前高校科研团队建设中存在的问题,提出了构建学习型科研团队在完善建设目标、合理组织机构、建设团队文化、完善激励机制等方面的对策,以期对组建高校科研创新团队提供有价值的参考。

Based on the study of learning-type organization theory,with the practice and organization of innovative team of a college of science in Tianjin university as an example,the requirements of earning-type organization for construction of learning-type teams of university research are studied.By analyzing the questions in the construction of university research teams,the countermeasures of constructing research teams in the improvement of construction goals,reasonable organization,culture and team spirit,and perfect of the inspirited measure are proposed in order to provide valuable reference for the construction of learning-type teams of university research.
