基于CO2激光加工机的木材雕刻工艺参数研究

摘要:

对木质材料不同参数CO2激光雕刻效果进行了比较分析,找出毛边少、黑度小的木质材料最优雕刻工艺参数。实验测得木质三合板点射最小加工需要的能量阈值为2.52×104J/cm2,最优雕刻工艺参数为:雕刻功率40 W,雕刻速率400 mm/s;雕刻功率12 W,雕刻速率50 mm/s。这为今后的实践操作提供了技术参考。

Abstract:

Wood and many other kinds of materials can be engraved by the CO2 laser processing machine.The effect of different laser parameters on processing wood material are analyzed,and then the best engraving parameters with little raw edge and small blackness are found out.The measured parameters in the experiments using three-layer board are listed as follows: the energy ablation threshold is 2.52×104 J/cm2;One of carving power for the optimal process parameters is 40 W,and the correspondence carving speed is 400 mm/s;Another feasible carving power is 12 W with 50 mm/s carving speed.This work provides a technical reference for future practice which can be used actually.
