斜井电话语音传输及设备监测自修复系统设计

摘要:

针对斜井轨道提升系统在运行过程中跑车事故发生的频率较高的问题,为了保障井下工作人员之间、井下与井上工作人员之间可以及时地互相通信,切实保护井下工作人员的生命安全,以CAN总线作为传输线路,设计了斜井电话语音传输及设备监测自修复系统。该系统解决了现有井下模拟语音信号传输距离短、音质差的问题,传输距离可达几十千米,满足了井下传输的需求。

Abstract:

Sloping track lifting system,in the running process,roadster accident frequency is higher.In order to make sure that underground workers and staff can communicate with each other in time,to protect underground workers' life safety,the sloping self-repairing system of telephone voice transmission and equipment monitoring are designed using CAN bus as transmission lines,and the problems of existing analog voice signal transmission in short distance and the poor sound quality are solved.The transmission distance can reach up to several tens of kilometers,which can meet the needs of the underground transmission.
