采用问卷调查的方法,对近三年天津市中等职业学校师资队伍建设情况进行了统计,分析了天津市在中等职业学校师资队伍建设上存在的问题,并结合天津经济建设和滨海新区开发开放现状,针对师资数量不足、结构不合理和质量不高的问题,提出了加强天津市中等职业学校师资队伍建设的几点建议。
Abstract：Through the questionnaire,the general situation of teaching staff's construction in Tianjin secondary vocational schools in recent 3 years is summarized.Combining the current situation of Tianjin economic construction and Binhai New Area's development,the insufficiency problem,unreasonable construction and low quality problem of current teaching staff's construction are analyzed,and thus,several suggestions on optimizing the teaching staff′s structure are put forward.
