天津职业技术师范大学学报

Taking the University of Tianjin vocational and Technical Normal University as an example, the basic features of the University of Tianjin are summarized from its process, formulation principle and content. The establishment of modern university system with Chinese characteristics is pointed out, which is the key to the modernization of higher education, and the university charter is of great significance to the construction of modern university system.To formulate and improve the u-niversity regulations, the university spirit, the mission and the characteristics of its own school should be reflected.
