针对职业院校专业教学普遍存在的现有教学资源利用率低、缺乏维护、教学资源之间无法实现数据通讯等问题,本研究基于CMMS思想,以汽车职业教育教学资源为对象,通过合理的技术和配置平台对现有教学设备功能和教学资源进行拓展、整合、升级和优化,在节约教育资金投入的同时,为学生创造一个更加完善的学习环境,从而提升了资源的有效性、利用率和综合效益。

There are many problems in vocational colleges,such as low using rate of teaching resources,lack of maintenance and unable communication of teaching resources and so on.This study is based on CMMS,in the premise of saving education funds investment,we can create a better learning environment for students by integration,upgrading and optimization of existing teaching resources,which is based on a reasonable technology and configuration platform.It is very practical and significant.
