“双师型”教师校本培训,是为了满足职业院校教育改革和教师自身发展的需要,以“双师型”为目标,立足于本院校,立足于教师本人,立足于本专业特色的“三本”教师培训模式。培训目标:更新理念、完善知能、学会创新。培训内容:以教师为本、以能力为本、以发展为本。教学方式:多样性、特色性、灵活性。教学管理:支持性环境、过程性评价。
Abstract:The “dual-mode teachers” school-based training is the training pattern, which is based on vocational school, teacher and speciality with dual-mode as its. The training target is to renew ideas, perfect knowledge and skill, learn to make innovations. The training content should emphasize to take teacher, ability and development as base. The training mode is of show variability, characteristics and flexibility. The training management is supportive environment and process evaluation.
