基于Flexsim的汽车配件库存管理方案设计

摘要:

针对汽车配件出入库货物堆积时间过长、人员闲置率较高等问题,利用Flexsim软件建立了配件仓储系统的出入库仿真模型,改进系统中存在的不合理问题。利用ABC分类法细分汽车配件,并对系统添加处理器、暂存区和合成器等。仿真实验结果表明:优化后入库效率提高了39%,出库效率提高了12.5%,企业配件仓库的运转效率得到提高。

Abstract:

In response to the problem of excessive accumulation time of goods in and out of automotive parts and high personnel idle rate, a simulation model of the automotive parts warehousing system is established with Flexsim software to improve the unreasonable problems in the system. The ABC classification method was used to segment automotive parts, and to add processors, temporary storage areas, and synthesizers to the system. The simulation experiment results show that the inbound efficiency is increased by 39%, and the outbound efficiency is increased by 12.5% after optimization, and the operational efficiency of the enterprise′s parts warehouse is improved.
