小型化慢波效应滤波器设计

摘要:

基于慢波效应的理论分析,研究了一种高性能、小型化微带带通滤波器。在开路环谐振器滤波器的基础上,通过结构改进,即在传统开路环上寄生一对矩形贴片得到更宽的阻带。所设计的滤波器与同类电路相比,结构更紧凑,而且阻带更宽。研究结果表明:这种滤波器适合应用在阻带范围宽的窄带滤波工作场合。

Abstract:

On the basis of theoretical analysis for the slow-wave effect,a miniature microstrip bandpass filter with good performance has been investigated.The structure of the open-loop resonator filter is improved,which is a pair of rectangular capacitive loads added onto the open-loop terminals.Compared to same circuits,the new design has advantages of more compact in size,and larger ratio of the first spurious resonant frequency to the fundamental frequency.Research result show us the filter more suitable for narrow band filtering with wider stop band.
