考虑切削分段特性的切削力建模与影响因素分析

摘要:

针对当前切削力建模未考虑切削过程分段特性等问题,采用理论建模、实验验证以及仿真计算与分析相结合的方法,对切削过程的分段特性及刀具螺旋角、径向切深率等因素对切削力的影响进行了研究,研究表明:考虑切削力的分段特性时,刀具螺旋角、径向切深率对切削力有重要影响。

Abstract:

Issues like the cutting process segmentation characteristics are overlooked in cutting force modeling.This research combined theoretical modeling,experimental verification and simulation calculation to explore the effects of cutting factors such as the segmentation characteristics of the cutting process,the helix angle of the tool and the depth of the radial cutting on the cutting force.The results show that when the segmentation characteristic of the cutting force is considered,the tool helix angle and the radial depth of cut have an important effect on the cutting force.
