我国在加入世界贸易组织之后,国外的教育产业将加大进入国内教育市场的步伐,在办学观念、供给模式和运作机制等方面,对我国的高等教育将产生全面和深刻的影响,高等教育国际化势在必行。我国的高等教育已经出现了新的发展趋势———中外合作办学日益增多。文章论述了中外合作办学的现状与特色,分析了合作办学存在的突出问题,探讨了我国高校应采取的对策。

Since China entered the WTO foreign educational industry has quickened its pace into China's Higher Education market, which will exert a greater influence on our Higher Education in such aspects as educational concepts and operating models and mechanisms. It is imperative that our Higher Education be internationalized. A new tendency has appeared and Sino foreign jointly operatied schools are on the rise. Based on the discussion about the present situation and its characteristics of jointly operated schools in China, this essay analyses the existing problems and probes the strategies.
